Terms of Service
UPDATED // 2026.10.04
These terms cover your use of traversal.lucive.co and, when it launches, the Traversal app. The site and app are operated by Lucive LLC ("we", "us"), Charlotte, North Carolina. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The site today
Traversal is not released yet. The site describes the app we are building and lets you join a waitlist, read our Notes and contact us. Descriptions of features reflect the app as currently designed. Features, timing and pricing may change before launch, and we do not promise that any particular feature will ship or ship on a particular date.
Not financial advice
Traversal is a trading journal. It is not a broker, an investment adviser or a signal service, and nothing on the site or in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Read the Disclaimer before relying on anything here.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's security, submit forms automatically, or send content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to send.
The app, once launched
When the app launches, your use of it is also covered by the End User License Agreement and, if you subscribe, by Subscriptions and Billing. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your device and account secure. Your journal content belongs to you; you give us only the permission we need to store, sync and process it to provide the app to you.
Our content
The site, the Traversal name, the mark, the design and the writing are owned by Lucive LLC. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not copy the site or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
No warranty
The site and the app are provided as they are and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site or the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lucive LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. We may suspend or end access to the site or app for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
