Subscriptions and Billing

Traversal is not released yet. This page describes how plans and billing will work when it opens on iOS. Prices will be shown in the App Store at launch, before you buy anything.

Free and Pro

Traversal is free to log trades and track your discipline: quick entry, the journal, rules and session scores, the range, the sizing calculator and share cards. Traversal Pro adds nightly and weekly reviews, email import, every market brief window, full stats history, unlimited accounts and CSV export.

Billing through Apple

Traversal Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through your Apple account, monthly or yearly. Apple charges your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. We never see or store your payment card.

Free trial

Traversal Pro will offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your Apple account is charged.

Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the Settings app on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Traversal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your journal stays yours either way, and the free features keep working.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes

If the price of your plan changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
