Acceptable Use Policy
UPDATED // 2026.10.04
This policy sets out how traversal.lucive.co and, when it launches, the Traversal app may be used. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Forms are for real messages
The waitlist, support and report forms are for people with real questions, problems and requests. Please do not:
- submit forms automatically, in bulk, or with scripts;
- use someone else's email address without their permission;
- send spam, advertising, or messages meant to harass, threaten or deceive;
- send malware, links to malware, or anything unlawful.
Do not interfere with the service
Please do not:
- try to get around the rate limits, bot protection or any other security measure;
- probe, scan or test the site for weaknesses except through responsible disclosure (see below);
- scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others;
- try to access data or systems that are not meant for you.
Responsible disclosure
If you find a security issue, report it through Report and choose Security. Give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else, and do not access, change or delete other people's data while testing. We read security reports first.
Respect others
Do not use Traversal content, such as share cards or quotes, to mislead people about results, to make "get funded" or profit claims, or to impersonate Lucive LLC or anyone else.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may ignore or delete messages, block connections, remove someone from the waitlist, or suspend access to the site or app. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity.
