End User License Agreement

This agreement applies to the Traversal app for iOS once it is released. Traversal is not available yet; this page is published ahead of launch so the terms are known in advance. The app is licensed, not sold, to you by Lucive LLC ("we", "us"), Charlotte, North Carolina.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Traversal on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where this agreement is silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where the law expressly allows; remove any notices; or use the app to build a competing product.
Your content
The trades, notes, rules and screenshots you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store, sync and process them only to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Not financial advice
The app is a journal. It does not give financial, investment or tax advice and never tells you what to trade. See the Disclaimer.
Subscriptions
Some features require Traversal Pro. Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple, as described in Subscriptions and Billing.
Updates and availability
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We do not promise that the app will be available at all times or on every device.
Apple
This agreement is between you and Lucive LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
No warranty and liability
The app is provided as it is. The No warranty and Limitation of liability sections of our Terms of Service apply to the app.
Ending
This license ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, you must stop using the app and delete it.
